My style is not so much gothic as it is tribal/mystical/post-apocalyptic, and I hold said style more in my heart and *lifestyle* than on my clothes. I do, however, have many goth friends and love the aesthetic, lifestyle, and atmosphere- especially cyberpunk. I also have a growing love for the German language and people.

My mind is very open and I'm empathetic and accepting to most people by default. However, I'm a 35 year old in a 21 year old body. The emotional indescision/ambiguity, insecurity, immature, shallow-hearted nature of *most* kids my age makes me weary. Because of this, my closest friends (and partners) are older than me. I don't play games, I don't perpetuate drama, and I don't give third chances.
When it comes to relationships- I'm used to being the 'giver' instead of the 'taker', but its a two way street.
I'm perceptive, sensative almost to a fault, artistic, and a dreamer. To balance that out, I make myself (with some success) hard-nosed, disciplined, and steadfast. I'm well praticed at being patient, stoic, and caring. I love to laugh, and sing, and perform, but I'm rather shy and softspoken at first. I've got a philosophical view on everything, and view my sepia-scale world in 5 dimensions.
Ask any of my friends, and they'll say I'm a perfect example of "don't judge a book by its cover".

I love the outdoors, especially extreme sports (namely ice climbing and sky diving). Much of my time is spent writing, but at night (especially when its raining) I often don a black trench and go walking. I can sit in the shadows or on the roof for hours just watching everything.
Artistically, I love to work with bones- making tools, talismans, and jewelry. I'm also semi-professional photographer.
