From pins and needles, With_teeth and nails,
scraps of metal and Puppy dog tails.
Black-work, beneath a black shirt,
but it doesn't take much not to match.
A tiny smirk, behind a dirty word,
swallowed in sweetness, built to last.
Razed in the depths of a stained chrome mask,
Buried In Sand, Encased In Glass.
Further on down the assembly line,
fitted w/ parts that break in time.
Now mess I things up, w/ my trademark mess,
mess it up fixed, and put it to the test.
Toss it, I've lost it, search untill I'm gone.
If ya can't take the heat, then I'll cool ya' down.
In these moments, I can laugh out loud,
at the peril of my own construction.
It's these, like me, to remind me,
I'm not the only one to feel emotion.
Came from the valley of darkness,
brought out the best in me;
the transient tresspasser of my own free will,
tho sometimes I just can't seem to believe
what I see in me.
