I’m a tv director. I’m creative. I come up with ideas. You may blame me for the state of our screens, but I’d rather you didn’t. I’m also often attached to a camera – this is a great passion of mine. I’m always wittering on about filmmaking... But honestly, it’s great. It’s led me to all manner of places…… a houseboat in Kerala, paragliding in Slovenia and er, numerous high-rise flats in Hull. So there.

Some people would say I’m quite intelligent. But I couldn’t possibly comment. What I will say though is I’m inquisitive, I read a lot, like being challenged and people who can hold their own and have their own opinions.

I like a sense of adventure. I can be very spontaneous. But I have my head screwed on too. I just believe so much is about your attitude and ability to think beyond your own life.

I am also quite silly on occasion. I like ridiculous banter. I like conversations at 2am. I like meeting new people. In fact I have a fascination with people and what makes them tick. Sometimes other people find this quality endearing. I like to think it’s entertaining at least.

Oh, another thing. I’m quite sarcastic. Apparently. But I’m also the world’s biggest romantic at times. Strange. That’s the contradiction – not me, of course. I’m lovely.
